Our family consisted of 21 people and our expectations were exceeded above and beyond. Everyone had the best time and were all comfortable with our sleeping arrangements, the amenities, as well as a perfect view. We all attended a 3 day concert at the Tacoma Dome which wasn't too far from the VRBO and was close to shopping centers, highway, and 30 minutes from the airport. It was the perfect location for us all to be together and bond. We will all definitely be coming back. Thank you to our host for being so amazing and always checking in on us.

We had an amazing time - we had our family Thanksgiving in this home and it was perfect. The house was clean, spacious and perfect for our family get together. We plan on returning next year. Terry was amazing from day one. All my questions were answered immediately, we were very well taken care of! One of our families favorites spots for sure.

For the amount we had paid for the weekend to spend with our friends and family celebrating our wedding, we were highly disappointed by our experience. First off, the communication with the owners was non-existent. We had contact the owners about how one of the propane tanks were out completely and another one was low, asking if they could replace them. No response. The rules they had garbage disposal was ridiculous considering there was already 2 garbage bags in the garbage and each additional bag was $25 dollars. We had to go out of our own way to dispose of our garbage. The downstairs bathroom had lots of mold in the shower curtain liner where our grandparents were showering, which could have made them really sick given the age that they are. The soaps in all the bathroom were obviously very watered down. Cleaning throughout the place was almost very little or non-existent. Fire alarms were missing batteries or completely missing entirely. This is a big safety issue. Again with the amount of money we paid for the weekend, this was far from a luxury experience from the lack of communication, cleanliness and overall the safety and wellbeing of our guests. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

We had a family reunion (14 ppl including adults and kids) at this VRBO! The check in process was smooth, house was clean, and location was great! The house even came with keys to a private beach access which was a bonus. This house was perfect for our large group, plenty of seating for shared meals, and the kitchen worked out great to cook for everyone. The neighborhood is peaceful and great to walk around. Would stay here again if we came out to this area!

We very much enjoyed this lovely property. Our group of 15 was well accommodated - plenty of space for all. The back deck was beautiful, and we enjoyed the hot tub and BBQ as well. There were a few minor amenities missing - kitchen linens, kitchen scissors. However, there were lots of other unexpected bits, such as tooth brushes and razors in the bathrooms and coffee and pancake mix in the kitchen. Very thoughtful touches. Overall an outstanding experience - would 100% recommend!

This is a nice property that is beautifully decorated. The view is absolutely gorgeous on every level. the downstairs living quarters is an entire house by itself. I highly recommend especially for large family or groups.

We enjoyed the stay and our family time together.
