Poter contare su un parcheggio è una grande comodità se vuoi esplorare la zona ai tuoi ritmi. Potrai metterti al volante quando vuoi: in 5 minuti arriverai nei dintorni di Parco statale di Sebago Lake, mentre in 6 minuti sarai vicino a Sebago Lake.

Al rientro da un lungo giro dei dintorni, riprendi fiato nel giardino o sulla terrazza privata. E non perderti l'arredamento da esterni. Non ti va di uscire? Nessun problema: in casa potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi e TV per concederti qualche ora di intrattenimento casalingo.

Oltre a un'area barbecue e l'aria condizionata, in questa sistemazione troverai 2 camere e 1 bagno. Nella cucina di questa casa vacanza potrai preparare ottimi piatti, magari con prodotti locali che a casa non troveresti mai! Out stay was exactly how it was described. The house is small and dog friendly. It’s on the river at the very end of the unpaved road. The house number is a bit hard to see. Plenty of yard for the dog and kids. I wish there was furniture on the deck, I would have loved to read out there in the mornings. The beds were comfy enough that we all slept well. The couches were the most comfortable but we didn’t stay home for long enough for that to bother us! There was so much to do in the area! We ate at a few restaurants, went to the grocery store, swam at multiple Lakes and rivers, saw fireworks, had ice cream, saw an air show, played golf at the resort nearby, and more! We really loved our stay and will definitely rent it again- probably again this summer! Our dog was comfortable there, which was also really important to us! We have family in the area and could easily access all their locations! This was a great vacation! As a note: this property is not new or updated. It is the perfect place to bring the family pet and stay busy around surrounding towns- which is exactly what we wanted!

Great stay, quiet, private, and close to area amenities.The only problem with the property that we did not like was the style of furniture in the house. The leather seating is to large and not very comfortable for sitting and reading, relaxing.

Everything was as expected. I was called in advance about the washing machine not working so that was not a surprise. It is on a dead end street so no traffic. There is AC's in every room which was needed. Getting to the water in the backyard was a little difficult for my handicap nephew but we managed.

Upon entering there was a strong odor of dog. The pink blanket’s on the bunk beds smelled of dirty dog/pee. I went to the store and bought air freshener and a candle. We used all of our own bedding thankfully. My son is allergic to dogs and I was unaware that this might be an issue. We spent a late night at the ER because he had an asthma attack due to the dog fur/odor in the house. I will probably be getting a huge hospital bill now. Without the dog odor and cleanliness issue everything else would have been perfect. Loved the location, the AC and it appeared clean although there was evidence of a dog being there. I recommend this place to dog owners and not people who are allergic. Lesson learned that we need to be at a “pet free” house!
