Our stay was good. The pool table was a great addition and there was plenty of room to sleep for all 8 of us. The shuttle to Beaver Creek picked us up a block away so was very convenient.

Overall, very nice and good accommodations. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, and loved the pool table and space to cook. Only complaints. Some hair left in the sinks when we arrived, which was minor. But, being top floor, on 3rd floor had severe ice on steps that was very hazardous. We actually had a very painful slip n fall coming down those steps with the ice buildup. I would think that’s more on building maintenance though. Would recommend again

We reserved this place with family, specifically because of the accomodations of having 3 baths and number of guests it can accommodate. Described as having 3 baths.. this is not true. There is 3 toilets, but the 3rd bath was broken. Which made that bath useless. (Couldn't use the water). Reached out to the host to advise and was greated with "what do you want me to do about it?" Um....fix it, maybe? I mean that is what we pay for, a functioning place to stay.. Anyway.. in addition to the 2 bath condo that we paid 3 bath rent for, there's the issues of the windows being extremely drafty. If you stay here in the winter, bring a heater. It was in the 30s the first 2 nights and even with the baseboard heat set high, the temperature inside remained in the 60s.. it warmed up for the remainder of the trip so 40s at night, we used a space heater and were able to keep the temp inside warm enough..we brought this to the attention of the host and received no response back. In fact after the rude response of "what do you want me to do about it" there was no further communication.. (3 additional attempts). Then there's the issue of cleanliness.. fairly certain they don't pay for a cleaning service.. or, if they do, they should find another.. multiple issues. Towels had been left in the washing machine, wet. Not sure for how long, but long enough to stink. we rewashed those. Floor had clearly not been cleaned or vacuumed, counters and toilets had not been cleaned. +More no more space.

The property was clean which is the most important thing for me. The condo is very spacious as well. We were expecting 4 actual bedrooms, but it's really two bedrooms and a huge loft with 2 beds and then another "loft" above that with the twin bed. The two loft areas are open to the rest of the condo, so not entirely private. This was not an issue for our stay, but I can see where it could be for some so just something to be aware of. Having 3 bathrooms was great as was the huge kitchen. There are several flights of stairs to climb to get to the unit which again was fine for us, but I can see how it could be difficult for others. Maybe there is an elevator that we didn't know about though. We paid for early check in and were able to get in at 2 instead of 4. This was very convenient for us. Check in was a breeze and communication with the host was good as well. We would definitely stay again.
