We were not comfortable staying at this property! I was texted 4 times before we checked in at 5pm! I have never been texted by a property manager before! I was curious as to what was going on! After we arrived I texted the property and said, that we were not going to stay! They were very sweet and helpful when we texted them! They even called us to make things right!

It was not like the description!

1. It was an excellent location for me: clean, easy to get to, and felt like a fairly safe area. 2. It had a great AC unit with simple controls that kept it nice and cool. 3. There were ceiling fans in the living room and Master bedroom (I didn’t notice in the second bedroom) 4.Helpful extra items available like blankets and styrofoam ice chests. 5.The Host/Contact allowed me to check in a little bit earlier which was a huge help! 6.A purified COLD water dispenser in fridge. 7.A nice shower (handheld or on overhead hook) with good water pressure and hot water heater. 8.While I didn’t use, also had a nicely fenced backyard, screened porch, and grill.

1. There were some thorn covered weeds near the front door that tripped me and hurt. 2. The master bedroom light/fan remote control didn’t work (I only got the light on once, but the lamps worked). 3.I would have liked some additional supplies: A.) in the kitchen: shears/scissors &/or a pizza slicer, and a pizza pan. It would be great if the ice dispenser worked also. B.) a mirror near the front door. C.) Some hooks in the laundry room for jackets, swimwear, etc. Honestly, most of these are just suggestions to make it even better.
