The property was spacious, confortable and clean. It was also well stocked with cleaning products and tea, coffee etc. The response time from the agents was excellent.

The shower was a little tired.

Fantastic location, easy parking and local shops / take aways.

Main road traffic can be noisy at certain times. Shower is in a low ceiling bathroom, not suitable for anyone over 6ft. Stairs unsuitable for those with mobility issues.

Location is great only a 5 minute drive into the city centre.the beds are super comfortable.house was very clean and tidy. Nice added touch was the tea coffee jams and butters.

I would say I dislike it but The off street parking is great but it could do with a dropped kerb, our car is a little low so we had to take extra care bumping up the kerb. Also the stairs are very narrow and has carpet on which makes it a bit dangerous,my hubby slipped half way down and has an extremely large swollen bruise, again this isn’t something that would put us off staying again, just not extra care needed on stairs

- Location was perfect, easy to get into town centre - Beds were comfortable - Easy access to property

- Not enough cutlery - only 3 forks ( there was 4 of us) - Not enough glasses - Shower was either too hot or too cold, the pressure and the flow of water was not great, the water was trickling which made it difficult too have a decent shower. None of us could wash our hair - TV on the wall is too high, strained necks - Should have basic channels (ie 1 -5) - Kwik stay management response to time was slow - When you first walk in the cottage smelt musty - maybe leave windows open or air out before guests arrive - WiFi does not work unless you scan the code on the back of the router - (This should be added to the manual) - There should be clear instructions on how to use the: * Heating system * The fire place
