The property is a nice small place with 6 rooms so it felt very homey and cosy! Room was really clean and comfortable! Staff were amazing! Very helpful and friendly! The breakfast provided was really good! Although if you are a small eater like me, you might not be able to finish because the portion was quite big! Def worth coming here. Close to the city centre by foot but still far enough where it’s nice and quiet 100/10! Definitely coming back the next time I am in Ubud!

Staff: the highlight of the stay. The staff were really nice, helpful, and responsive on WhatsApp.
Pros
-Great location. Close to Ubud Palace and very easy to access.
-Helpful with the long walk-in road. Cars can't go all the way in, but the staff picked me up for my late-night check-in and helped with my luggage. They did the same at check-out.
-Good breakfast.
-Cleanliness could be better. The pillows should be replaced, and the bath towels have become too dark and worn and are due for replacement. The room also felt a bit damp and musty.
-Construction next door. It didn't disturb my sleep, but it was impossible to relax in the hotel in the afternoon because of the noise.

The family and staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. Lovely little compound with six rooms all overlooking the pool area. Great value for money and lovely breakfast options.
There was nothing we didn't like. It should be noted that the property can't be reached door to door by car and there is a walk from the road.

"Posizione molto vicina al centro di Ubud, ma al contempo in un contesto molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Lo staff è gentilissimo e la struttura è pulita."
