What didn't we like? OMG this place was so peaceful and relaxing and private and just the best place to be for our 4 days in the Mornington Peninsula. You will need a car to explore the area, we hired a car for the 4 days and covered a lot of the Mornington Peninsula from here and it was so nice to come back to and watch the sun go down at the end of the evening, there is a small beach only 100 m from the property which is beautiful and not busy... only locals. Plenty of places to eat in Mt Eliza and Mornington. We really enjoyed our stay, and our hosts were really lovely and quick to reply to any questions we had.

These are not negatives, just what you would need: A car if you are planning on touring around the Peninsula and if you are staying for a prolonged stay, say more than a week, you may have to source a laundromat as there is no washing facilities for clothes.

I very much enjoyed my relaxing stay at the villa. It was private, cosy warm, comfortable, stylishly decorated and a great location from which to go for walks and to explore the Mornington area. Phil and Talei are welcoming hosts and very helpful.

I loved EVERYTHING. My partner also agrees with loving everything. It was beyond a beautiful place and made our special weekend absolutely perfect. A massive thank you to the hosts for creating such a wonderful environment.

Everything quite honestly was perfect. Nothing to dislike whatsoever.

Very private and quiet.

No wash sink indoor

This place was so very comfortable, stylish, warm and yet homely. It is positioned waterfront although the units don’t have water views. The garden view is lovely and private and the water feature is a nice addition.

The sink is located outside with the BBQ. This is not such a biggie apart from going outside to do dishes when it’s cold.

The entire place was absolutely amazing. The space has been used and decorated so well. I would have come for the spa alone. Attention to detail was appreciated. Love the wine and choccie. Really loved the pencils and colouring books. Very peaceful and tranquil experience. We will definitely be back again.

The doors lock codes were a bit temperamental.

This was a first class property, with such attention to detail and top quality features. It was a very comfortable place to stay - the bed in particular was superb and the spa bath was amazing. We also had very good communication from the owners. Highly recommended.
