Hotel Indigo Alishan by IHG

A wide and delicious selection at the breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff. The very nice Tiffany provided me with a lot of information. I signed up for the IHG membership, which offers a 20% discount on the breakfast and dinner buffets. Beautiful room. The rooftop infinity pool is definitely a highlight. Building an underground garage was a good idea; it is spacious, so cars don't have to park around the hotel. The Internet download rate is ok, works very well for texting MSGs: 264 Mbps

all good, nothing to complain

The staff are all very friendly and helpful, but the hotel only has one buffet restaurant, and there isn’t even a milk tea shop,which feels a bit monotonous. Apart from being slightly on the pricey side, everything else met my expectations.

I used my Visa card as a guarantee, but it’s been 17 days and I still haven’t received the refund. I settled all the charges on the day I checked out — it’s just the deposit that hasn’t come back yet. I’m not sure whether it’s the hotel’s fault or the bank’s, which is really frustrating.

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, aber rundum und nur wenige Fahrminuten gibt es zahlreiche weitere Unterkünfte die einen ähnlichen Ausblick haben.

Preis-Leistung stimmen hier null. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bergblick, aber am Balkon waren die Scheiben so verdreckt, dass man kaum durchsehen konnte. Auch im Bad roch es muffig und feucht. In der Rooftopbar bestellten wir die Käseplatte und das, was wir erhalten haben hatte mit dem auf der Karte nichts zu tun. Für den Preis würde ich lieber woanders hingehen….
