I booked a studio and I got a studio, so I am pleased with that. The place was fairly clean,
There is no parking at the location or around the location. And my issue is that they advertise it on booking as having "street parking". There is no legal way to park your car nearby, or around the area. So this created a bad experience for me and i wasn't even in the apartment yet...
The checkin system is a nightmare, and their automatic e-mailing system sends a lot of unnecessary e-mails... it got very confusing really quick. I got to the location and apparently i needed to recieve the code for the door, which i had not received, even though i sent them the Id card a week before. They said it was the wrong format, but they said this when I called for the codes. It would have been nice to let me know that it's the wrong format when you received it. But this could also be on me, I maybe did not pay enough attention,
The coffe table is broken, I got close to it and it fell down without me even touching it. Someone "fixed" it for the eyes only.
The couch was broken as well, had stains and felt really dirty.
