Nothing to fault, we had a great experience from the hosts through to the actual property. Everything was fantastic and allowed us to have the best experience in Carcassonne. We even hosted some family, who came over from a neighbouring town for lunch and they were very impressed by the property. As we make the trip annually we'll be back next year, as the property was the best we have stayed in so far.👌

Absolutely nothing.

Amazing view! Lovely clean apartment, we loved the little pool and courtyard area! We will be back!

Nothing

The view of the castle. Air con. The fridge freezer worked.

1. Not clean enough. The kitchen surfaces were greasy and the table had food debris on it when we arrived. There were hairs on the bathroom floor around the bin and the garden clearly had not been swept in a long time. We had invited some friends over and had to sweep and clean it ourselves, so at least the garden area will be clean now for the next few guests! 2. The bbq was very difficult to work, I suggest the owners leave clear instructions with photos so that guests can use it easily. 3. An intermittent fault with the oven where it kept tripping its electrical switch. So we could not use it. 4. The photos of the property are out of date. There were no outdoor seat covers and the pool is not lit, we could not find a way to operate it. 5. The left shower control comes off in your hand. We did contact the owners about the bbq and oven and they responded quickly but we were only there for 2 days, and didn’t want to spend our entire holiday sorting out problems and trying to work out how things work.
