Accommodation, communication, location, off road parking.
Even though a parking spot was provided, the neighbours next door decided to park in front of the cottage and leave their vehicle there for a little over a day. The hedge is also badly overgrown either side of the gate posts of the drive. Both of these issues made it difficult to get the car in and out.

It was in an excellent location, close to the town centre. The property was spacious and had everything needed.
There was quite a bit of dust and the boiler was rather noisy.

It was spacious and a great location
There was an overwhelming smell of dogs when we arrived, lots of dog hairs on the sofa and stains. We would have happily cleaned ourselves but all equipment was locked away. We did purchase some air freshener whilst there which helped. Also quite a lot of cobwebs around the property. Dog poo in the drive before we arrived.
