Very close to the pyramids. Staff is friendly. Let us do a late check out for free.

Overall, I had a good impression of Jasmine Pyramids Hotel. One of the main advantages is the staff: friendly, tactful, welcoming and always ready to help. I also appreciated the unobtrusive approach. If you need cleaning, water, toilet paper, fresh towels or anything else, you simply ask and it is taken care of. A special thank you to Marina, the manager, for her warmth, tact and willingness to help with any issue.
My room was spacious and comfortable, overlooking the inner courtyard, with a large bed, armchairs and a spacious bathroom. The courtyard itself is very beautiful and creates a pleasant, calm atmosphere. The room also had a kettle and a refrigerator, which was very convenient. If you need groceries or other essentials, you can ask the staff to help arrange a delivery.
The bed linen was clean, although it may sometimes look a little worn from repeated washing
The location is very convenient. The hotel is set away from busy streets, so I found the surroundings pleasantly calm. There is a great view of the pyramids from the rooftop restaurant, and both the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum are only a short and inexpensive taxi ride away. The hotel also provided a free airport transfer, which was very convenient and made the arrival much easier.
One more point to consider is background noise. The air-conditioning system is quite loud, and even with my own air conditioner switched off, I could hear the outdoor units from neighbouring rooms. I suspect similar systems may be common in many hotels in Egypt, especially in older buildings, although I may be wrong. If you are not sensitive to background noise, it may not be an issue.
The hotel is not new, so occasional issues with water or plumbing can arise, but the staff try to resolve them quickly. You just need to let them know.

Clean and kind staff
Glad we were not alone to complaint: No pool or rooftop as advertised a few months ago before (no warning that those were closed before arrival; letting guest discover on their own or saying it was told on the website is not ok).
Breakfast option need to be better explained (1st day we came and the buffet was kind of empty), 2nd day we got a nice plate with eggs and toast.
Our rooms were behind reception on ground floor: Ventilation is missing in the room & late night are quite noisy due to receptionist watching football a few meter away.
