Great place to stay, close to everything. Good security.
Clean, comfortable, close to everything. Good value for money.

I liked the quick response of the staff to my request and concerns.
I found the bed super comfortable.
The washer and dryer was easy to use. The water pressure in the unit was excellent whether using the shower or washing dishes.
I appreciated the security of the facility.
Please repair the bathroom ceiling.
Replace the wicker chair in the unit since it is unraveling badly and snagged some of my clothing.
At one point I hard as difficult time entering the unit with the automatic lock.

Very easy to get in touch with the host. We appreciated the coffee for in the morning. Everything was very clean. The location we felt very safe in the area as well as that it was in a gated community. It was very very close to everything in Overton Square. Very pleased and will use them again if we go back to Memphis.
