Location was fantastic - very central.

Apartment is very spacious, comfortable, spotless, with an amazing view of Piazza Maggiore. It beautifully combines classic style with modern technology, including central air conditioning.
Check-in was easy and very well explained, communication was always quick and efficient. They were also very kind and let us check in a little early since we arrived by train. If that hadn’t been possible, they also offered luggage storage.
The location is unbeatable for exploring Bologna on foot.
It would be helpful to have clearer instructions on how to adjust the air conditioning temperature in the rooms. That said, the air conditioning works really well!

Location is absolutely spectacular
Not much. It’s getting closer to winter now, so some blankets would have been nice - at present only sheets in the beds. No blankets to be found anywhere.

The location is exceptional. The host was a great communicator and super helpful. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The property needs some maintenance and hasn’t been well cared for.
