This was our 2nd stay at the Brackenburn accommodation, we stayed at the other property 2 years ago and this time we came with family and stayed at this one. Absolutely amazing place. Clean, peaceful and Micky was so helpful. Not forgetting their friendly dog, Silver, he remembered hubby and I from the last time we stayed.

Second time we've stayed at Brackenburn, in two different cottages. This one was also very spacious and had everything we needed. The trails are spectacular.

The place looked amazing and the staff were great.
I didn't like that we couldn't bath properly. The water got hot for a couple of seconds and then it got very cold. To make matters worse, it was cold there. On Saturday morning, a few people came to check the geyser and were in and out of the house trying to fix the geyser. It couldn't get fixed so we were given an urn with a 10l bucket. Imagine!. I had my elderly mum and aunty with me and they have to carry water to the bathroom despite PAYING for these facilities. This was extremely disappointing. On both the days we had to bath with the urn and 10l bucket. The roads are bad but we were warned about that prior and we didn't bother about that but the bathroom situation was NO NO.
