Location. Quiet spot near excellent facilities. East parking. Excellent communication from hosts about entry details.

Location was good and close to super markets, town centre, bike hire and cycle paths. Parking good and close by. Plenty of coffee and tea provisions. Owner let us check in early:
Property is tiny without storage. Nowhere for suitcases or clothes. Layout means toilet and bathroom are located either side of kitchen sink. Not big enough for two people. Only realised afterwards that bed linen and towels were not included. It would better to include in price. It just really feels like a converted garage. Only stayed two nights and unfortunately we were happy to leave.
