Lovely, clean property, beds comfortable, amenities all there, nice location on a quiet street, would use again as we like visiting the “Ferry”
Only issue we had, and it was very slight, the location was a bit longer of a walk than we expected, but it was a nice walk 😁

the apartment is Beautiful but it is NOt in CENTRAL BROUGHTY FERRY.
This apartment is nowhere near Central Broughty Ferry it is way out on Dundee Rd right at top of Grove Rd (steep climb up) will cost from £6 to £8 in taxi into central BF I am 82. The Apartment itself is Beautiful but should not be advertised as Central, it certainly is not
