Villainlerici is Located in a spectacular and exclusive position , just in the first hill, close to Lerici downtown , a gorgeous pool overlooking the sea with the best view over the Gulf of the poets will make your holiday unforgettable. 10 min. walk and you will be in Lerici downtown and the beach. From Lerici Dock you can take the ferry to the Cinque Terre. About 40 min drive and you will be in Portofino , Lucca , Pisa , in 1,5 hours drive or train you will be in Florence , and Chianti toscana . You can relax, swim, hike , bike, and tasting great food. .
The Villa consists of 3 independent apartments , of more than 100 sq.mt each. Each one on a different floor with independent entrance, and private patio with spectacular view over the Gulf Of The Poets. They are connected by an external stairs inside the property.
FIRST FLOOR Guests apt ( max 2 people ) : is a very cool tavern composed of : 1 master bedroom ( A/C , queen size bed ), 1 bathroom ( ceiling at the first floor bedroom and bathroom are around 2 mt. high) 1 fully appointed kitchen , 1 large living room with sat tv and internet connection 24h , private patio for Al fresco dinining.
SECOND FLOOR Guests Apt ( max 4 people ) : 1 Masterbedroom with Queen size four posters bed with A/C, 1 double bedroom with A/C ( it can be set with queen or Twins size Beds ) , 1 Bathroom with walk-in shower , 1 fully appointed kitchen , 1 dining room , 1 living room with Sat Tv , Wi-fi 24h , private patio for al fresco dining.
AT the THIRD FLOOR APT lives the Owner , I take care of the pool and the garden, if you would need, i will help you in organizing whatever you would like to do during your stay here. If you need an airport pick up, just let me know .
Each level can be rented separately ( i won’t rent out the other floor if you will book only one floor )
THE VILLA CAN HOST MAXIMUM 6 PEOPLE , THE BASE PRICE IS FOR 2 PEOPLE AND IF YOU ARE A PARTY OF MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE YOU HAVE TO SELECT THE ADDITIONAL GUESTS SO YOU WILL HAVE THE TOTAL PRICE FOR YOUR PARTY . Please check the best solution for your stay here below:
OPTION 1 :if you will be a party of two people you will be accomodate at the first floor apt.
OPTION 2 : if you will be a party of 3 or 4 people you'll be accomodate at the second floor apt.
OPTION 3 : if you will be a party of 5 or 6 people you'll be accomodate at both floors ( first and second floor)
OPTION 3 :If you are a party of two but you would like to stay at the second floor , please book for minimum three people.
OPTION 4: if you will be a party of less than 5 or 6 people but you would like to stay in both guests apartments ( first and second fllor) , please book for minimum 5 people.
Children are considered as adults in counting the member of the party. There is a COT available for small children, please ask for it.
The Pool area is private and it is at exclusive use of the number of guests who book the property: no extra guests are admitted . Tourist tax ( 4€ p/person p/day ) will be payed after check in cash .
