The home was in a great location and cleaned prior to our arrival. We were grateful to have two bathrooms as well as a common room where we could gather. There is a nice yard and dedicated parking. When we arrived, the code we had received as a part of the check-in information did not work on the door, so we had to contact the property manager for the actual code to get in. When we entered the house, someone had set some ripe garbage cans just under an open window, so the home was pretty stinky. Once we moved the cans, it was fine and clean. The description of the property listed 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 2 queens. The home has 2 fairly good sized bedrooms with a queen and maybe a full sized bed- they may both be queens. There is no king sized bed. The third room is a small room off the utility area and there is a foldable twin bed that you can roll in. The common area has a couple of couches/futons that can fold out to sleep on, and there is a chair that can fold out to a cot as well. There are plenty of sleep areas, but we were expecting the beds that were advertised. There is one picture in the description of the home that is not actually in the rental area. I believe it is actually in an attached apartment. It is not part of the rental we actually got. The description of the home was not what we ended up with, but, for us, it was workable, and it didn't disrupt our trip. We may have made a different choice if we had seen a more accurate description.

The house is in a great spot on the island central to pretty much anywhere you would want to go. The house and landscaping is amazing would definitely look to see if this house is available for my next trip to the island.
