Super close to Main street - about a 10 minute walk. Worth it for the dark sky and seeing the stars - and walking off the food/wine of our adventure. We were a group of 5 women, and there was plenty of room The house was super cute and very clean. Had everything we needed: an abundance of towels, blankets and space. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE!! Kitchen had every amenity we needed, including coffee and creamer. The property manager answered any questions I had quite quickly, so no issue there. All instructions before, during, and after our stay were clear and helpful. All of the girls loved this house and were so sad to leave it!! The backyard and its game area was nice, and we kind of chose the house because of it, but never used it.... maybe next time. If I have a group trip to Cottonwood again, this will be my first choice.

My father and I stayed here during Thanksgiving Week while visiting my sister and brother-in-law for the holiday. It was a great location to Old Town Cottonwood restaurants while still a short drive to them in Clarkdale. Very quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Perfect place very close to downtown Cottonwood. Three couples in our group with plenty of room. Private patio was a great place to enjoy the firepit and play games. Wineries and Verde Valley train close by.

The house was beautiful and the location was great for getting to downtown Cottonwood. And, also close to Jerome. We enjoyed the back patio as well.

We are 3 couples in our late 60's. We wanted a place close to Jerome . This place was perfect. Outside area has plenty of seating , games, and a firepit. Very close to downtown and wineries.

Overall had a great stay. There was a broken bed, but we were informed ahead of time and really only two of us it was not a problem. There was evidence of possible mouse problem in and around kitchen area along with some squeaking sounds in the ceiling of that area. But overall we had a great experience and would stay here again.
