Awesome location. We didn’t rent a car and walked everywhere. I would suggest to have a little cooler backpack , a wagon of some sort for the beach. We only had one working beach chairs. The other two most definitely needs to be trashed and replaced. Kitchen could be more stocked with smaller tupperwares and ice packs. The coffee pot was quite dirty with rust and we didn’t use it. The view was absolutely beautiful and we had our coffee out there every morning and enjoyed the Blue Heron that was always there. The bed was very comfortable and awesome pillows. I suggest getting new comforters that are not white as they were stained. I asked for a new one as the one we had was stained and didn’t looked washed and asked for another one and got one right out of the laundry that was washed but obviously since was white had pre existing stains. I know with white it’s hard but suggest changing the color .The couch was very hard and all stained. We didn’t use it as we didn’t need too. But not appealing to sit on. You had to be very careful with the curtains that faced the dock because the rode was very loose and looked like it was coming out of the wall. Bathroom was nice other then the sink faucet too short and the water goes everywhere. If you are sensitive to noise then I suggest you getting an upstairs unit as you hear ppl stomping around. We had a sound machine so we weren’t really bothered while sleeping. The pool is really nice if it’s not full of ppl. Enjoyed it!

Our stay was just what we needed. The place was clean, fit my wife and our two daughters, was right on the intracoastal, and only a short walk to the beach. When we needed something at night, Kimberly made sure it was taken care of right away. And there was a dog bed, two bowls, and treats for the dog! Would definitely stay here again.

The place was super well kept and in a great location. Check in and out were very easy and straightforward and sleeping arrangements were easy. Only thing I would recommend is a full length mirror which would be lit.

It was not quite ready for us from the renovation of the condo. Needed accessories in the bathroom, the water from the bathroom faucet bearly made it to the sink. You could not get you hands under the water to properly wash them. Furniture was uncomfortable. Definitely would not stay there unless there were improvements to the apartment.
