Upon our arrival, we were pleased that the host allowed us to enter to put our things in the home, after an eleven hour ride. Upon our arrival we thought we were in the wrong neighborhood and couldn't believe this was were we were spending our holidays. Upon entering we realize the pictures made the home seem larger; the kitchen was tiny, we barely had room to move around to place the food in the refrigerator. I immediately began to check for cleanliness and deficiencies; that's when things became very interesting. There we crumbs in every seating available in the home: the chairs (all) at the kitchen table, the bar stools at the counter top, the sofa and couch in the living room as well as underneath them, a half eaten sandwich or hot dog behind the couch, and Goldfinch treats underneath the sofa and behind it. The couch downstairs in the game room also had crumbs and hair all over it. The blinds in the kitchen fell apart when we attempted to open them as well as the the ones in the one of the rooms. That same room also had a broken latch to the window so we couldn't lock that window. Then we saw the beds and found there were stains as well as hair all over each bed, we decided to purchase more bedding sheets, too tire to wait to clean them or trust what was on them besides the hairs strings attached. There were more issues, my family truly wanted to turn around and go home. One member was considering sleeping in the van. Idivulged the host she contacted her cleaner, no show

It was a nice place for my family to get together and visit.

Lots of room everything was convenient to the house. We all slept well and enjoyed our family while we attended a family wedding. Thank you

The property was not ready until 4 hours after we were told we could check in due to miscommunication between the owner and the cleaning crew. When were finally able to check in, the property was not clean. The refrigerator was disgusting. The beds were made but sheets were same sheets that had been on beds hours before and did not appear to have been washed. We cleaned the whole house before we moved our items in. The kitchen is not equipped to cook a meal. The dishwasher did not work. There were not enough towels. The A/C did not function well enough to cool the house. It was 86 degrees in the house when we checked in and it never cooled down that night. The furniture was very worn out and not comfortable. The beds were horrible.

The location of this house was perfect for our group and we loved the house at first but the longer we were there the less we liked it. There was very minimal supplies than we would’ve liked ex. No blankets or dishwasher pods. There was also a mouse that we saw run across the kitchen a few times during our stay.

Four bed/two full bath with easy 20 min drive to mountain hiking trails, 40 min to a canyon and 45 min to Boulder. Also 15 min drive to Old Arvada with its many excellent restaurants and shops. The area is full of beautiful parks w protected walkways for pedestrians and bikes. Miles of walking trails. Easy 1mi walk to Lake Standley. Close to grocery, Target, etc. A neighborhood of modest homes and lovely people. A high value gem w hardwood floors thru out and enough hot water for 4 adult showers and some left over. We had a lovely family gathering!
