Tourist Inn Grand

Most staff members were friendly and accommodating.

While the location was good it’s a very narrow one way street where cars cannot enter, hailing a taxi was quite the task as you have to run up to the lane and traffic situation in the city is quite chaotic therefore the taxis are unable to wait for longer than a minute even. Even to get to the airport we had to wheel down luggage’s all the way up to the main road to get the taxi. On a separate note, room service was not proactively offered on a daily basis, had to be reminded to change the coffee mugs and water bottles to be handed daily.

The staff service was exceptional, especially receptionist Pat from Philippines who was consistently attentive, proactive and detailed. She arranged our transports as well as ensured we always get what we need to hv a comfortable stay including good resto recommendations.

Location was in a busy inner street that is a bit of a walk to the main strip.

We had a wonderful stay at Tourist Grand Inn and will definitely return. The staff were exceptional, always friendly, attentive, and courteous in every way. The location is perfect for exploring Malé on foot and is also easily accessible by car or taxi. Our room was spotless, quiet despite the central location, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was especially comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for such a memorable and pleasant experience at your hotel!

Absolutely overpriced! Very small room with very small shower. Super noisy location. We stayed only one night but it was not pleasant at all.
