Great location and communication - I would highly recommend.
The bed was super comfortable.
Has a lift for those that like to use one.

We loved the location just 3 minutes away from the duomo and Hasan the caretaker was super helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and we had a washing machine which was a bonus . Great shower and aircon and functional kitchenette.
The noise from upstairs was constant throughout the night and happened every night. It sounded like furniture being dragged across the floor and kept us awake. Also the air conditioning is somehow linked to the kitchen sink and makes a gurgling noise in the sink when the aircon is on.

Absolutely fantastic location and our host was really helpful with great communication. We arrived early and our host had the property ready earlier than expected. This was really appreciated as we had a pregnant person in our group who was experiencing a lot of pain from our previous days in lake garda and just wanted to rest while we went sightseeing. The cold waters in the fridge were very welcomed!
It was quite small and there was no air con in the bedroom and only quilts on the bed so, despite sleeping with the bedroom door open and fans on, those in the bedroom did not sleep well at all (including the pregnant member of our group as the sofa bed wasn't comfortable enough for them). Thinner sheets would have been helpful. A few more amenities would have also been nice like kitchen towels and microwave (i couldn't find those). The location was worth the price though!

The location is very good. It's close to the Duomo and the metro station.
The apartment was clean, the bathroom as well
The beds are ok and its pretty quiet.
The concierge was friendly.
The check in and checkout times changed from the host despite them being published on booking.com That was very unpleasant and not fair. When you start the AC the sink in the kitchen starts to make bubbly noises and you can't let the AC on during night because of that noise. No idea why that happens actually.
