Beautiful accommodation! Old charging building with modern updates. Everything as fotos show. Bed very comfortable, shower good with plenty of hot water and pressure. Terrace up top very big and beautiful plants. Full funcional kitchen. Area very interesting to explore with shops and restaurants. Taxis or Uber a 5 min walk to Plaza de Santa Cruz. Owner is always available to answer questions. We would return and stay here without a doubt !

Authentic stay in the heart of Santa Cruz. Amazing property which made the Seville experience authentic. Couldn’t imagine a better location in all of Seville!

Everything exuded the character of old Spain - not at all a modern, sleek space but a very authentic place with everything needed for a comfortable stay - also a very friendly owner who was available when needed but not obtrusive

The only thing that would have made our stay a bit more comfortable was a second comfortable chair in the room (there were several small side chairs though)

The spaces are very unusual, taking you back to an earlier time. We very much liked the idea of living in an old world Sevilla space. The 3-story space including roof deck and open-air court, stairway is a unique arrangement. The effort to maintain the rustic feel of the space is admirable. Quiet at night and the sleeping/bath spaces have air conditioning.

There was really not enough comfortable lighting in any room. Everywhere was a little bit too dark except for the entryway which is a blast of bright light, so lighting was inadequate. In the closet, the place where you’re supposed to hang clothes, the hangers are slopping down so they all crashed to the front of the bar, easy repair. The round rug in the bedroom was the wrong size for the space and the little fluffy ends kept lifting up and shedding. The roof deck and kitchen have no comfortable seating. The kitchen and the deck have no inviting comfortable spaces yet they comprise a lot of real estate. Dust-causing elements: Fibrous roof/ceiling on the top bedroom (that’s why we stayed in the other room), dried plants as decor, majority surfaces are unfinished/raw building materials that create/collect dust even though the spaces are “dusted”. The air conditioner blows the dust around airborne. The bottom level has a strong mildew odor. These contributed to, or caused, a sinus infection for one of the guests that lasted for several days and reduced sight-seeing with a whole day in bed at the next city.
