Cleanliness and price
The location is slightly inside, the receiptionist (male) is rude and the bed has bed worms due to which no sleep in the whole night, no ventilation in the room , felt suffocated.Though while booking it showed 2 adults, but while.making the payout has been changed to 1 adult.autimatically. Due to which we were suppose.to pay extra amount.Though it is air conditioned in the booking,it's fake. Even booking.com is deceiving.

All...The front desk person was very rude and had a lot of attitude. Manager was not answering the problems instead ignored us. Booked a/c room but got a normal room in the rate of a A/c room. Refused to refund.
My only advise is - if anyone is going to book room in this hotel... Please dont even think of it....

We liked that it was good value for money and good location. The staff were very friendly too
That early check in was the cost of nearly another nights stay, no hot water and wifi barely worked

Hotel is recently constructed and is all newly furnished and is acceptable for stay.close to shopping and bit far to food centers.online booking is too cheap.
Hotel is situated in small mid street of sultan Bazar area.rooms are too small.ventilation is poor..new furnished doors and bathrooms are cheap quality items....as hotel gets old in future cant gurantee how the stay would be.
