Nulla

Great location, in the heart of Palermo. Nearby there are a large number of boutiques, grocery stores, restaurants, and local cuisine. Good transport links, it is possible to get to anywhere in the city. Easy to get to the train station.

The apartment was in a rather dirty state. It feels like the previous tenants were here for quite a long time and no cleaning has been done since then. The apartment is located on the first floor, there is no sunlight coming through the windows at all. The apartment is quite damp and there is always an unpleasant smell. Even a dehumidifier doesn't help much. The shower was quite dirty and leaking. There were also a large number of small insects in the bathroom, especially in the shower. It took 2-3 sprays of insect repellent to get rid of them. The heating is very nice, but at night with the windows closed it gets too hot, and without heating it gets cold. The window in the bedroom opens only completely and cannot be used for checking. In addition, at night you can constantly hear noise from pipes or ventilation. The price for the conditions provided is extremely high, even considering the excellent location.
