The location was lovely, staff were fantastic, the size of the hotel made it personal & cozy. Food was great at Novel.
The house keeping was hit and miss, each day was different. We had no replacement cups or glasses on 2 days, bin was not emptied one day, milk not replaced one day, unfortunately for some new guests their welcome card & sweets were left in our room. Floor was not swept as sand was left behind a chair

It was my second time staying at the Agora Hotel. I really appreciate the attention to detail throughout the hotel - the furniture, décor, and every other element have been created with great love and respect for local history and traditions.
Every corner of the hotel is beautiful. The staff are very polite and friendly, the entertainment is enjoyable (the jazz night), and the food in the restaurant is great.
It is not the hotel’s fault, of course, but it bothered me that smoking is allowed in the restaurant’s outdoor areas (indoor seating was not available for dinner). During our dinner, only one table had smokers, but the smoke spread throughout the entire restaurant area. Thanks to the attentive staff, we were moved to a table as far away from the smokers as possible.

Beautiful property and amenities.
Staff seemed to be poorly trained. Service in restaurant and pool was way below standard for a property of this level.
