The beds were very comfy and ideal location as it was only 30-40 minutes from Cotswolds. The accommodation was clean to an extent and it was very spacious
Massive lack of communication. We requested a baby cot which they said yes to however when it came to the stay, this wasn't left and despite phoning and messaging - we was ignored and ended having to go buy one.
If there is more then 5 people staying- bring a few extra cutlery and cooking utensils.
Although there is WiFi and you can connect, it doesn't work and even the TV in livingroom won't work as there's it requires WiFi and anything you watch lags.

Location is good and you don’t need to worry about collecting keys as it’s all codes.
The beds were comfy and very clean! Unfortunately, there was no toilet rolls and it could do with a little bit of repair in places but it doesn’t impact the stay.
The kettle seemed to turn the water cloudy and there were a few holes in the wall that have been filled but not repainted. Oh and there was no toilet paper on arrival.
