The location was excellent, with the beach and a good selection of restaurants within easy walking distance. The complex was generally tidy and the swimming pool was clean. The apartment was well equipped with useful facilities including a washing machine, dishwasher, good shower, dining area and plenty of storage, which made our stay convenient. The included cleaner visit was also appreciated. Overall, there are many positives to the apartment, particularly its location and range of facilities, although some maintenance and cleanliness issues did affect our overall experience.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The water supply was cut off four times during our visit, with no clear explanation as to why. After speaking with other guests, it appeared this may have been a wider issue within the complex. The interruptions meant that the dishwasher and washing machine could not be used during these periods and both required resetting afterwards. The apartment is also showing its age and feels somewhat dated inside. The bathroom window was difficult to access and open, making ventilation challenging, and there was a noticeable damp, stale smell throughout the apartment. There was also considerable noise from neighbouring construction sites, including drilling and excavation as new apartments were being built. This made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. We also felt the cleaning could have been better. The floors did not appear to have been swept or mopped properly, and the vacuum cleaner provided had very little suction. Around the pool, the timber decking was also in need of attention, as we experienced several occasions where splinters got into our children's hands and feet. Overall, this is a well-located and well-equipped apartment, and we can see the effort the owners are putting into the property. We wish them all the best, but unfortunately, the combination of these issues meant that our stay was not as relaxing as we had hoped, and we would not choose to return.
