Everything was fine, everything worked. TV was good once we worked out how to use it. Quiet street. Very clean.

One family member noted no beer glasses! This 82 yr old found the very high wall of the bath to reach the shower rather daunting. Would have preferred a walk in shower. But shower was OK for younger people.

The location was good , the property was comfortable and well laid out.

The heating was not working on arrival and I had to repressure the boiler, there was only one loo roll left for a two day stay and no soap in the bath room.

This was our second visit. After the first visit my husband advised the owner that the heating wasn’t working and the toilet blocked up on the last morning. Unfortunately the same issues occurred on this visit, despite the boiler being worked on an hour before we arrived, the work had not been completed but we were advised on how to rectify the problem should it occur. The toilet again overflowed onto the floor and up through the sink! We have been advised since it was due to a problem on an outside pipe. We also discovered the WiFi cable used to operate the TV had been pulled apart and had to replace it. Little comforts were missing on both visits, toilet roll (2 sheets?), no hand wash although washing up liquid was available this time.
