I had to run from another location that I booked so I arrived quite late but the landlord was very polite and efficient.
The apartment was spacious, clean, had all the necessary stuff you need: kitchen utensils, towels, cleaning equipment. There was a storm during my stay and we experienced leakage in one of the bathrooms and therefore the power was out for like an hour but again the landlord reacted quickly and the problem was solved very fast.
The walls are thin. You can hear anything from the street, hallway, other flatmates.
Also, in the room there is only one ceiling light which is not very cosy and for example a reading lamp would be good to install. The bed could be a little more comfortable as the mattress is quite hard, I had some neck pain from sleeping there.
