Location was great in a nice neighborhood. Pool was great temperature. Plenty of space in the house and parking was ample.

We did not receive the door code ahead of time and had to call in to get it. Also, the wifi code was not listed anywgere in the house, so we had to call for that as well. The booking.com ad said 3 bathrooms, but there were only 2.5. The hot water system was oddly irregular, going extremely hot to cool randomly. For a pool house, we were surprised that there were zero plastic cups. Non-pool people will bring glass to the pool area without thinking!! The kitchen cookware was so-so, and there was no glass bakeware. There was a Keurig and a Nespresso machine, but not a regular coffee pot. The floors could have been better swept before new guests arrived. Water was left sitting in the washing machine, and extremely heavy mold smell had already started. It took 5 washes with bleach to get rid of that odor before we could wash our clothes.

Inside was clean tidy and spacious

The outside pool area could do with some TLC and a tidy

How well equipped it was

The house was nice. Rooms accommodated my family. Rove customer service representative was extremely helpful due to the issues l had within the home. One of the beds had a broken frame on the day of Check-ln. The bed was fixed the next day.

The A/C NOT working. 91 degrees outside. Maintenance worker came and fixed the issue stating it would take time for the A/C to cool the entire home. He set it to the wrong temperature. Contacted customer service and they helped me set it to the correct temperature. We arrived on Saturday (08/15) and the house didn't get cool until Sunday (08/16). The Pool and Pool area had a lot of leaves and bird droppings. My husband cleaned some of the area. To our dismay - somebody came and cleaned the pool the day of Check-Out. We had a late Check-Out, so we're still on the property.
