Limpio , cómodo, cerca de lugares para comer y tiendas de autoservicio

Todo estuvo bien. Solo que en Palenque no sentí amigable la gente vs la gente de San CRISTOBAL

Die Lage war super, direkt im Zentrum. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Bad war voller Schimmel, und zwar die ganzen Wände. Es gab keine Fenster und die Lüftung ging automatisch nach 10 Minuten aus, dadurch stank es unaushaltbar nach Schimmel. Wir beschwerten uns sofort nach Ankunft und konnten das Zimmer wechseln, leider war es hier nicht besser.

La ubicación está muy bien, cerca del parque, el lugar es pequeño pero limpio.

En mi experiencia deben de capacitar a la "Recepcionista" y conocer un poco más el uso correcto de la plataforma de Booking, ya que cuando llegamos al hotel, le comentamos a la recepcionista sobre la reservación que teníamos (YA PAGADA) y nos dejó afuera por que según no aparecía nuestro nombre, le mostramos el recibo de pago, el PIN de la reserva y solo nos decía que no sabía nada, lo peor del caso fue que nos dejó afuera y nos cerró la puerta con llave, fué súper desagradable y me molestó mucho por que a como platico, ya estaba pagada la estancia del hotel, después llegó la "Encargada" del hotel y de igual manera no daban una solución rápida, ya que el correo no coincidía con "Mi nombre" pero lo más chistoso es que debajo del correo aparecía mi nombre, número y pin de reservación, en fin, espero se capaciten bien, ya al segundo día al entregar las llaves a la "Recepcionista" nos puso mala cara.

Hôtel très bien placé près du Parque Central, personnel très serviable, chambres très propres et lits très confortables. Juste top ! Pas de petit-déjeuner sur place mais un excellent restaurant (restaurante Maya) à 50 m sert de délicieux plats du matin au soir, à prix très corrects. Les colectivos pour les ruines se prennent à trois blocs de l'hôtel, juste idéal.

Really clean and comfortable beds, and the staff was super nice and helpful. gave good recommendations. the rooms counted with full set of towels and toiletries.

I would suggest a small bench in the room to set the luggage.

The owner went out of her way and allowed me to park my motorcycle at her garage at home. both her, and the receptionist were incredible hosts.

I picked the place because it seemed to be the best value with a parking - I'm traveling solo, on a motorcycle thus why parking is so important. upon arrival I found out, I could park only on the street. The owner didn't believe it was safe to leave my motorcycle on the street, so she offered her home garage for the night. Nevertheless, the hotel was out of water by 10pm , with no night shift at reception to assist after 8pm. Next morning, while trying to fix the water issue, the power went out. I had to get on the road, and thus by 9:30 am I wasn't able to take a shower. I had to use a bucket to flush the toilet.
