Beautiful old Dutch Colonial Villa that is in a good location with perfect amenities. Wonderful host that serves amazing and delicious home cooked food, not to be missed.

This is a heritage property and the hospitality provided touched our heart. It is a homestay with pleasant experience. Food prepared by the owner herself and Mam suggested us, guided us. I will definitely recommend and want to avail this stay if I get a second

B&B au calme a proximité de la plage et de qq restaurants, a 2/3 km du boat jetty (pour les visites dans les backwaters avec les bateaux publics). La maison se decline en 1 salle commune autour de laquelle sont disposées des chambres simples, voire austere (sans vue particulière que celle d un mur mitoyen). On partage l ensemble avec la famille.. Point fort, le pt dej qui est varie et servi copieusement.
Pas de jardin comme indique sur Booking… la maison est sympathique, mais cela reste tres austere..

The property is awesome and the hospitality , cordiality and camaraderie extended by Susan aunty , her son and team cannot be expressed in mere words . I would definitely make a point to visit once again in near future and also urge everyone to try this place . I wish her All the Best and sincere Regards on behalf of my family 😊!!

Location, size of room, friendly staff.
First place I've staid that charges local tax twice. Booking.com gives you a general idea of how much tax will be - but they this place says that's another fee, and charges you tax again - so you pay double tax. I would have contested it more but I was new to India
Also the room had a distracting noise every 5 minutes - so in the end more difficult to doze off.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. the room was very clean and comfortable, and we were very happy with the host's (susan) hospitality and helpfulness. the breakfast was an excellent, traditional kerala cuisine. overall, a very homely, memorable stay!

A Ture Home Stay Excellent Hospitality and Great Experience
It’s a great place to stay.It was best experience staying there. The location is very beautiful and close to nature. This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner(Susan).Staff was extremely friendly. Home cooked food was yummy. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience.
Perfect place to stay for a couple, small to medium sized group (4-8 people). you have full privacy with all requirements taken care of
I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again.

Well maintained and comfortable heritage property with great customer service from staff. The host was very warm and welcoming and treated us like her family. A delicious and authentic Kerala breakfast was included. Highly recommend.

Miss Susen is lady with golden heart. Her staff is very humble and generous always ready to help you. They guide you though out your stay. Hemp you fullest to make your stay comfortable. She made so many traditional dishes for our family. Quik response to your need and she treat you like your family.

This is the pearl of kerala. The best place we have ever stayed. Everything is so immaculate down to the last detail. Everything a traveller needs is given and the breakfast is like home cooked and very nice meal. The property manager Susan is extremely helpful and a gem of a person. She even wished us a blessing of safe journey as we checked out and drove away. Even our driver who stayed here said this is the best place he has stayed while doing travels business throughout India. Thank you Mayflower and thank you Susan Mathews.

Was staying with family and friends on 30th December 2022, Owner Navin and his team were really friendly. If you plan to visit Allapy, I highly urge you to stay this amazing villa because it is a good bargain.

Great location. Proximity to beach, good restaurants. Thoughtful construction and spacious. Beautiful garden and hammock. nice staff. Wonderful breakfast.
Air conditioning could be provided at the hall.
