Perfectly decorated and extremely comfortable. Pillows and linens were so comfortable. Smelled great too. Quiet area. Enjoyed our stay.

Advertised as a (2) bathroom (3) bedrooms, all the bedrooms were there, but per VRBO listing, the house is lacking half of the advertised (2) full baths, it’s 1 1/2 baths, that’s an issue when traveling with friends. Lacking a bath/shower in the second bathroom created some getting ready issues we never anticipated or expected since the unit reads 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths, not true. With that being said, the price point with the added mandatory extra insurance is unjustified or inappropriate. The property has plenty of potential, but sense there is no concern to eye appeal or appearances, both the front and back of house need some attention to detail. The entry paver walkway is uneven and gaps between pavers are an accident waiting to happen. Bamboo window blind at kitchen table doesn’t operate properly, the one full bathroom has water drain issues in tub and sink. The kitchen faucet also constantly drips. When you pay top dollar but don’t get what’s advertised, that’s an issue. Will be staying elsewhere on our next visit.

We had a great stay. We wanted to stay together and this house was great for all of us.

The house was clean and cozy. A great location, near downtown Franklin and easy to get to the highway to go to other places. I felt like my kids were safe at the house. We enjoyed our stay!

As long time friends who wanted a place to meet up and catch up, this was the perfect place. The house is decorated beautifully and was so cozy.
