Great location and beautifully presented lodge. A few dirty cups and robes but we don’t let that bother us. Would have been nice to have some cupboard space in the kitchen and some drawers in the bedrooms. Perfectly located for York and the coast.

Accommodation was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Hot tub had been well looked after and was lovely to use. The views of the pond with its wildlife was an added bonus. We were a party of 5 consisting of 4 adults and a 12 year old. No children are allowed in the bar or surrounding area which made the area quiet and peaceful. If you are a family with young children who like to run around this park then this is not the place for you. If you enjoy peace and quiet with a very relaxed atmosphere then this is for you. We will definitely visit again.
