Property was perfect for a corporate retreat. 11 bedrooms, 12 king sized beds, and a gaming/ sports area, of which all took advantage. with 3 Kitchens, we had all amenities needed to cook for a crowd. There were separate "living rooms and a theatre room. Biggest issue is we should have stayed longer. Time spent, shooting hoops, and just hanging around is excellent bonding time for the group. We had thoughts to go out for dinners but quickly realized, no one wanted to leave so cooking in was our best option.

If you have a large group, this house is PERFECT. There were 16 of us and we had so much space, but also had the perfect areas to socialize and be with one another. The game room, the hot tub, the outdoor seating areas, and the fire pit were all just what we needed. We relaxed and enjoyed spending time at the house. The pictures of the home are accurate but do not do it justice. The views are AMAZING and the fall leaves just added to the beauty of Utah. The house had everything needed to cook meals, the linens were luxurious, and working with Brandy our host was FABULOUS. The location is great - we were a short distance to Park City for fun shopping, and Sundance Resort for spectacular views - went up the ski lift and enjoyed a meal outdoors at the Owl Bar, and even hiked the Silver Lake Trail through the aspen trees in the Pleasant Grove Ranger District of the Unita-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. We all fell in love with Utah!

What a beautiful property, to support the 12 of us. We each had our own room, allowing us time to get away and process the lessons and connections. The home gave us space to enjoy the sunsets, deer in the yard, amazing mountain views, and room to congregate or spread out and just unwind for the weekend. Everyone is onboard of booking and doing it again next year! Thank you for sharing your space with us.

What a great property for our company leadership retreat! There was plenty of comfortable space to meet in, and many places for us to meet individually. We hired a local chef (who was amazing) and the entire property was perfect for our needs!

This house was absolutely the most perfect house with everything at your fingertips! What a spectacular weekend we had! The property managers made everything so easy and we all plan to come back and rent this house again in the future!!

The home is gorgeous, tons of space, great amenities, good location, etc. The reason for the reduced rating is the communication with the property manager. I flew my sales team in for a multi-day training, and requested a late checkout prior to booking, no response. Booked and requested again - still no firm answer, but some indication of that not being a problem. Requested again the week of - still no firm answer, but indicated it shouldn't be a problem. Night before checkout I receive an email telling me the cleaning crew will be there at 10 am. I push back and they tell me a late checkout isn't possible. Flew my whole team in and paid over $5k for two nights, but 2 more hours just wasn't 'possible at this time.' Had I known that one of the first 5 times I asked, I could have made alternative arrangements. That's unacceptable behavior. (Charges also appear to be wrong on my CC statement.) Loved the house, but would not book with Iconic Vacations again.

This was the perfect location for our 10 person team off-site. Everyone was able to have their own room and the house had tons of usable space for work sessions, discussions, activities, etc. Would definitely book it again!
