A wonderful gem of a place close to all the major sites but away from the tourist spots giving you a home away from home experience. Quiet, clean, secure, modern, with ac, access to a washing machine…and not to mention the tranquil garden and lovely hosts. A peaceful retreat on the ground floor for those who don’t want to deal with stairs. I had a lovely month there and highly recommend. Close to the train station, a couple minutes from the central market and 8-10 minute walk to the Duomo. Also wonderful neighborhood coffee shop on the corner and excellent restaurants nearby. It was a working holiday for me and being able to work on my computer with a glass of wine, in the garden courtyard was so wonderful Thank you for my stay!

We had everything we needed. Everything was spotless clean the houses were wonderful and helpful. The historic elements to the building were very nicely preserved, and we loved the location. It was close to everything.

The apartment with central to everything in Florence within walking distance. My wife and I spent a lovely weekend there celebrating our anniversary. We especially loved sitting on the terrace of the back garden, which was so peaceful and beautiful. The apartment was well furnished and very comfortable for two people. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Sergio was extremely helpful and the Señora was also delightful giving a suggestions of what to visit ,beautiful unknown places in Florence.

10 minute walk from the train station to this quiet location with a lovely shared garden space but with each unit having its own table area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and Sergio was available to help with any questions. The location is great for walking to major attractions and good restaurants. Definitely a good choice for couples. We would rent it again!
