Loved the location and spaciousness of the property. Housed our large party nicely.

The property was clean and as advertised. We had a wonderful stay.

Property was Very clean and location was excellent! Very well stocked with plates, glasses and cups. No potholders and only one thin dish towel. Great appliances! Plenty of towels and sheets. Lovely porches with fantastic kids hideout upstairs. Adverised to sleep 12 but that would have been a stretch! Figure 10 comfortably. Only seats 6 at a dining table. My main complaint is the furniture. I admit I am a Gerian but the couch and chairs have caused a post week of extreme pain in my hip and back as there was no support. I know you are new owners and mostly love all that you provide but please consider investing a weeks rental into more supportive furniture!! Overall we loved the time together but we only had 8 instead of 12—-

Had a good time at this rental for a long weekend. House was short on toilet paper but other than that everything was very nice.

The property is cute but the black mold and mildew kept us away from enjoying the property for our entire stay! We all developed coughs while there which dissipated upon departure. The front door keylock, upon arrival, was incorrect and the coffee post was broken and not safe to use. The coffee pot was replaced but it was the next morning after our arrival. Overall I cant even assign one star, very dissatisfied. I only assigned the above 1 star to allow for submission of the review, but those are not accurate ratings.

Rented this house for a long weekend and it was a great time. The place was very cute and well equipped. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was very close to the beach and in excellent proximity to all the bars and restaurants! Only complaint would be that the downstairs bathroom tub did not drain, but overall the place was great!

This is an excellent Rehoboth rental for a family group. 2nd block off beach, which is optimal, and a quick walk to nearly everything. House is well appointed for living and cooking with a few exceptions. Outdoor porches are great, bedrooms and baths are nice (downstairs bath cramped), and cooking utensils are sufficient. You need to bring ALL your own food, including oils, spices, coffee, as well as laundry detergent, grill propane, and other basic supplies. There were a few janky things that seemed to be the result of remote (vs. hands-on) property management. Recommended.

We had a great long weekend here. House was very clean, well equipped and with really comfy accommodations. Loved that the beds and pillows and linens were all new and comfy. Location is perfect! Would definitely stay again!
