The property was dirty in many places, there were things laying on the floor when we got there. There was dirty laundry (towels). The carpets were very dirty (living & bedrooms).

Nice little house in Cortland. Most of the house is not accessible but enough was for our purposes. Bathroom was a little cozy. Kitchen had nice stove and plenty of pots/pans etc. Nice TV with Apple Tv which made it easy to stream my own device and content. Owner was very responsive to any questions.
There is a train nearby but it doesn't run too much and it never did in the middle of the night during our stay.

It's a cozy house - the stairs to the 2nd floor are quite steep - but once you figure out where everything is, it's quite comfortable. One quirky thing is that the lights are operated by remotes - though we couldn't find the one for the living room. Otherwise, it was perfect for our stay during the Blackbird Film Festival and would absolutely stay there again.
