Good location, next to metro with a hypermarket next to metro and supermarket 2 minutes away. Clean spaces, all kitchen appliances are available, AC is working, good refrigerator, place is really comfortable overall.
Theres odd rule about kitchen use from 8-12am which dont make much sense at first, but then i realized that it has to do with noise - the sound isolation is really bad and you can hear absolutely everything thats going on outside of the room, so if anyone flushes the toilet at 4am youre gonna hear it. Another small issue is with one of bathroom showers - the seal in the cabin is not good and the water leaks from there, so after one shower the bathroom is somewhat flooded.
