Casa Herrmann Suites

The room and facilities were very clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was unexpected but adequate. There were a few mornings that a family with children had taken all the food and juice by 8:15 am.

The "limo" I'd booked through Booking was a wild ride in a beater where I was dumped without explanation on a street corner far from the hotel. I had to use google maps to find my lodgings and when I arrived had to manually fill out some weird form presented to me by Juan Luis that was all in Spanish and only explained to me repeatedly in Spanish. If I made a mistake, I had to start over which was frustrating because I was tired and sore from hauling my suitcase over a mile to my lodgings. The day I left, my "limo" booked through Booking arrived an hour early and sent a text saying they would only wait 15 minutes. I hurriedly packed my bags leaving all my toiletries I'd packed in the bathroom behind. I don' t expect I'll see them again.

Lovely place and excellent location. The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly!

Super clean and spacious! They had everything necessary for a stay on the city. Extremely close to the Zocalo and Centro Histórico, which was so nice since we could walk out and be close to everything. The staff was also very welcoming and super friendly!

The location is perfect to explore the city, very clean at check in, huge room and big bathroom, patio with a pool

- Check in process was fully on paper and took 15 minutes at 10pm after the airport. - There were three of us and we were given just one card for the room. We were told that additional cards are not provided. - 5 nights and zero housekeeping (were told they do every other day), nobody came to even take the trash at least once. - We were told we cannot check out later by an hour, because they “have work to do”. Considering they don’t really do proper housekeeping - not sure what they meant by that. I didn’t see many guests either and many rooms were available for booking. - Clogged sink. - Bed sheets were all stained.
