The apartment was modern, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. The building itself felt new and well maintained. The bathroom was very nice, the balcony was a great bonus, and the apartment had all the basic amenities we needed. We also appreciated the excellent public transport connections and the fact that the city centre and main attractions were easy to reach.
The TV did not work during our entire stay, which was disappointing because having a working TV was one of the reasons we chose this apartment. We contacted the host, but after suggesting it might be the remote batteries and telling us there were no spare batteries in the apartment, no further help was offered. We also had no working internet and had to use our mobile data the whole time.
Although the location is convenient, we did not feel safe in the surrounding area. As three young women, we felt uncomfortable walking to and from the tram stop, especially in the evening. This significantly affected our overall experience.

"Great communication with owner, detailed info and advises provided prior arrival. Checking by owner during the stay if all was well. Can only recommend for a couple to stay in Budapest"
