Fascinating view, comfort with my 6 adult and 3 childrens..food and mart 24 hrs area just around at ground, quiet place as it at 19th floor, exceptional..

2 toilets only, must manage time to go toilet if big group 7-10 peoples, neutral smell, dont have fragrance or lack air freshener, mayb comfort for others..2nd car must pay Rm10 per entrance at lobby level parking, little risky park there because surrounding by night club at lobby level, worry drunk people got crazy..hahaa, but also have pay basement parking..

Super easy instruction given by the host to retrive the key to the unit

The property itself was good, but the service was very disappointing. Calls to the property went unanswered, and when I finally got through, I was repeatedly told to “come back at 3pm” without any proper guidance on parking or how to collect the key. At around 2:20pm, the owner finally sent a confusing set of instructions about where to park and how to retrieve the key, which only added to the frustration. There was no proper waiting area for cars, and parking anywhere risked getting clamped or fined. To make matters worse, a last-minute request for a RM200 deposit was sprung on us, adding to the overall frustration. Customers deserve clear communication beforehand—especially regarding deposits, parking, and key collection—so they can arrive prepared. Not being able to reach anyone, combined with the absence of a security guard, made the experience even more stressful. All of this information should have been clearly provided to customers both before and after booking.

Property was good and confortable. Pre check in was disaster
