I've stayed at Ironwood before and location is central and easy to access. Good bike room and car parking. Easy building to navigate in. Pool and hot tub clean and nice environment and unit was clean well stocked with dish, glass and utensils.

Coffee set up could use an upgrade. Keurig didn't work so we called service and they promptly came by. There is an on/off switch at back of the unit and that detail should be noted in the handbook plus extra pods supplied. I prefer drip coffee so a newer coffee maker would be better with a reusable filter. There was one pack of pouch coffee and it was weak to say the least. We were there 3 nights and only one pouch was supplied which does not make sense. Fireplace would not come on either. I would also suggest an upgrade to the cutlery as the current ones portray a poor quality feel.

I thought it will be walking distance to the Village

Size, comfort, facilities, underground secure parking. Great staff at reception centre, always helpful and quick to respond. Pool and hot tub, bar b q facilities, easy to access and well situated

It was great, the ongoing works were challenging but we knew to expect them and they did not impact too much

distance from lifts . A bus ride but only comes every 1/2 hour . it’s $2.75 per trip - which should be explained on the booking ! It’s not like this is a new place or new bus situation. Add 5 trips there and back for a week and it adds up (you can buy day passes online for $17.50 for 4 people ) . Some buses are free in Whistler but not the one serving here for some reason .. Limited toilet rolls fyi so either bring or buy. We had to make a separate trip just to get some - painful. just charge $1 a day more and cover enough ?!
