Very clear communication about the check in process, getting the keys from the lock box, paying tourist tax, etc. I appreciated that we could check in a few hours early. The location is great, right in the center of Begur, yet it's not extremely loud. The apartment looks out on the main plaza - we could watch the celebrations for Catalan Independence Day. The layout of the apartment is very spacious, the couch is comfortable, and it's very convenient to have a kitchen with a dishwasher. I also appreciate having the drying rack to hand wash clothes.
The air conditioning works well in the living room and kitchen; however, the airflow doesn't reach the bedrooms. This is fine if you're okay with the heat, but as a pregnant lady used to North American AC, it was quite stuffy and hot. We also found the bed lumpy and uncomfortable. The washing machine didn't work. The wifi is poor - even browsing internet pages wouldn't work. We had to use a lot of cellular data. We were there for 6 nights, so we had to request a 3rd roll of toilet paper and extra towels.

El apartamento es perfecto! Cómodo, limpio, muy bien equipado, acogedor y centrico.
