Die Lage vom Apartment ist super.
Nicht weit vom Supermarkt,Apotheke,ATM,Restaurant.
In Laufweite zur Fanadir Marina mit super Restaurants.
Wenn Ägypten dann wieder El Gouna und die Mangroovy Residence aber eine andere Wohnung!!
Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte definitiv besser sein.
Die Dachterrasse ist nicht nutzbar da Möbel total verdreckt oder kaputt sind und es keinerlei Schatten gibt.
Daher ist der Pool mit den Liegen definitiv die bessere Wahl!!
Der Pool ist sehr groß aber auch in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig.

The apartment was spacious , the upper terrace wasn’t clean and not useable. Would be much better if the pool would be heated.

There is a restaurant with very delicious local food nearby. As a whole spending time in the calm El Gouna was great
The terrace on top was in an unbelievably bad condition (we couldn't use it at all). Nothing in the apartment was clean enough but I guess in Egypt they just have different standards in terms of hygiene. The contact person was the worst. She gave us wrong instructions how to get into the apartment, was veryyy slow to answer almost the whole time and thought it is normal for the top terrace to be in this terrible condition
