Property in neat and well equipped.Location quiet
There were no bathroom mats or anything to step on after showering.
There was rooibos, tea, milk, sugar, but no coffee.

The room is always clean. Always my first preference.
Nothing except that the gas heater went off after 10 minutes of being on while I was studying, lol, but I cannot blame the owner, the gas cylinder is not transperant.

"The owner is easy to get in touch with and is very considerate. This has sure been my best stay in Joburg so far. The place is clean and the area safe. I like the guy."
