Fantastic location and facilities.
Room was very spacious and comfortable.
I hadn't received the information to check-in before I arrived.
Fortuna they responded very quickly.

Everything! Super friendly, amazing communication, super comfortable, great location.
There isn’t elevator or parking, but also super manageable

Staff were really helpful, both those on the premises and by message. The bathroom was large and the main feature as you entered.
I'm not sure I got the room I reserved. The best was up some steep stairs.

Location, cleanliness, and cost of the stay. Bed was advertised as a queen but it was a king so unexpected delight! Communication when we had problems was fast to respond. The rooftop was nice when there were not too many cafe customers there.
Found out after cancellation window that the pool would be closed and renovated. There was loud jackhammers for hours and unannounced water outages. The air conditioning leaked badly but they fixed it within 5 minutes and the mini fridge was repaired after requested the next day. The kitchen was used only by staff and the fridge was dirty and only one coffee maker and always filled and dirty so could not use kitchen at all.
